Digantika Deb started her career as a junior Engineer in Creative Consultancy and worked as a volunteer during the initial phase of Uthhan. She has completed her Bhatkhand in vocal classical Music and Kathhak dance. She believes she can play a major role in upgrading the ailing artisans of Tripura.
Mr. Pratik Mishra
Meghalaya
Pratik Mishra has worked as a sales executive and team leader, and volunteered during the initial phase of Uthhan. He holds a B.Com from Don Bosco College. Carrying sportsman spirit and determination, he works towards empowering underprivileged artisans around him.

He started his career at a younger age as a social worker, working closely with Government bodies for supporting backward class people. He has 19 years of experience in liasoning and Government contracts, helping uplift economically backward class artisans.
Mrs. Neethu Suresh
Kerala
She is an M.Ed. graduate from Kerala University with four years of teaching experience. She joined Uthhan to support and upgrade underprivileged artisans through the Adopt an Artisan campaign.
